If you are a beginner, start with the Beginner Workout, of course.

continue through the remainder of the workouts in order.
I believe EVERYONE should do the Intermediate before the Advanced

out for a while?
Answer:
Please start with the Intermediate Workout.
But...
Do only ONE SET per exercise in each workout in the first week.
